Mostly, our problem is just the fact that our work schedules are so opposite of each other that we have to try to schedule times for sex. Which my sex drive does NOT appreciate!

We are definitely on the same page. Work schedules prevent us from being intimate at times, but we always find a way to make up for it. Both wanting and needing one another, always looking forward to the next time we can share. Always enjoying every intimate session whether a quickie, a quick hand job/blow job, a nice fingering in the car, or those amazing, all day, stay in bed and take care of one another days.

Lately it seems that my partner and I inhabit different zip codes. 2-3 times a MONTH would be significant progress.

I would say we are on par as far as appetite, but not necessarily the most sexually compatible.
I would be thrilled with 3-5 times a week, and in conversation Hubs says he would too but we hover around the once a month mark, frequently less. Our problem is communication though. I try to communicate what I'm wanting/needing/hoping for and he seems to listen but then.... nothing changes. He's extremely uncomfortable sharing much of anything with me so it's like trying to seduce a brick wall.
For a long time, I let it affect how I felt about myself. Now that I've come to the realization that it's not me, I'm approaching things differently. (hence my discovery of Lit & the forums!) I haven't given up on working it out but it's a tough spot to be in.

Wow--lucky couple! I could easily do 2-3 times a day with my wife--after 20 years she just keeps getting hotter to me. But, her drive is lower. We're at about 4 times a week on average.
