How do you celebrate MLK day eve?

Personally, we take the kids over to their grandparents for late night supper and then we let them open one present, but only one.

They have to wait until morning to open the rest. I'm a bit of a hardass about that, but they need to learn to have patience.

Does anyone even go caroling anymore? We haven't done that since the at least 2003, but I do miss it. Anyone do the midnight mass thing???
