This is all very confusing to a newbie. I'd rather not waste my time reading/writing to a troll. I know to avoid the Krafts...but who else? And if anyone answers this, how do I know THEY aren't a troll, telling me to block legitimate posters?

how do you tell a troll not to troll?
 
Are you sure you know how to avoid the Kratfs? Because I have been here since fer frickin ever, and I haven't the first clue.

Then again, could be that I just really, really, really don't care who is an alt or not.
 
It's confusing.

Take your time, and work it out for yourself. Nobody knows it all for certain.
I've had to laugh at a few recent accusations about my wife being or having alts.
Sometimes somebody fouls the nest and takes a new identity.

Sometimes somebody gets their account messed up, and they have to start over, or they bug out when they get a divorce/custody fight , caught at work, forget their password or something and return.

Sometimes alts are harmless ones started for laughs.

Sometimes alts are dangerous ones started for revenge.

Did I mention it's confusing?


I'll give you a theory I have about one poster with multiple identities. I suspect BlkPanther/Loving Tongue/LeJaquelope/LJReloaded are all the same person, but I could be mistaken.

Yeah- it's the internet, you never know who you're really talking to anyway. You just have to treat it like any other forum.
