That's EXACTLY what I need!

So, btw, I cooked dinner tonight. I made a turkey roast, mashed potatoes, roasted root veg, and gravy. My wife made a jello salad, and a friend brought salad and pie.

I didn't over-eat, or even have pie, yet I feel totally stuffed.

Last week, on Wednesday, we had some friends over for a Latke party. I cooked two kinds of latkes, along with a few other fried foods, including beer battered squash and artichoke hearts.

I need to eat nothing but fibre and veg for a month.
