How rude of me not to elaborate. Oops. I'd PM'd a fellow friend the summary previously so here the abbreviated version:

A friend of mine (w/benefits) joined me as a date to a company function. As with most such functions there was copious booze, etc.

To make a long story short, my date had noticed the host's wife seemingly flirting with her much of the night. Mind you, said wife is about as straight-laced as they come (in the bright light of day, I suppose).

Abbreviating the details of the various flirty encounters, my date went to a hall bathroom (which doesn't do it just since it was bigger than my college apartment) and walks in on the wife with her skirt up, panties aside, amid play.

Without skipping a beat, the wife (apparently somewhat inebriated) says "it's OK if you want to watch." Well, my friend is bi and that suited her just fine.
