Sometimes, I honestly feel like I'm an imitation of a human being, rather than truly human. It's got nothing to do with my being a Haitian guy born in Haiti and raised in America. It's got nothing to do with my being bisexual...with a preference for women.

It's got nothing to do with my being uncut, and opposed to barbaric practices like circumcision, the neutering of dogs and cats, or whatever. It's got nothing to do with my being Black, though a lot of people say I'm too focused on race.

No, what's wrong with me is deeper than that. I think something is missing in my life. I'm not one hundred percent convinced I possess a soul, or a conscience. And while I would NEVER jump off a cliff, some days I don't feel like the world ending would be a bad thing....
