A good rule of thumb for anybody into self bondage is not to tie the knots too tight that you can't untie them. And don't use slip knots. Also, tying a knot around your neck is not a good idea. If you decide to do it anyway, don't make it too tight. 'Cause if you make it too tight, that's how they're gonna find you in the morning.Anyone have any good links to self bondage videos or techniques for males?

Slip knots that get tighter. I didn't know there were any other kind of slip knots. I would call the knots you mention quick release or fail safe knots, something like Houdini would have probably used.Really? Don't use slipknots? Or wait. you mean knots that slip tighter? Or do you mean slip knots like what I call "quick-release" knots?
If the latter, why? I mean, I usually like to have a "master knot" that's a quick release that I can readily access, and once it's free loosens everything enough that I can wiggle out easily...it seems to have worked well so far :/

Slip knots usually just get tighter and cut off blood flow and air. They can be loosened, but it usually takes two hands and maybe fingernails, as well as some time and dexterity. Then again, if you practice self bondage very often, you probably already know this.![]()
