I absolutely agree with you. Black and white has a way of adding some magic to a photograph, taking it completely out of the colorful real world and implanting it firmly into the realm of the fantastic.

Of course, despite all that, color (or lack thereof) doesn't mean much when compared with subject matter. Both are very beautiful here.
