What you should find interesting that no court has found that being fat is violation of the act. You are jumping to the ending without enjoying the middle of the story.
And I doubt you even understand what the ADA does.
And futher - who decides what lawsuits are frivolous? You, the government or a judge? You see, a true conservative would let the judge decide. Since you don't get to be dictator, I assume you would like your big government to regulate who can file a suit, and for what.
Right?
I know they say you are what you eat, but if that guy's having a slider, it's clearly not true. Here's old lard ass at the White Castle.

I bet he doesn't get laid much, if ever.
Excellent question, but as you learned, the answer is irrelevant.I've been through the "reasonable accommodation" indoctrination, when they offer reassuring words that all it takes is common sense and putting yourself in the disabled person's place.
About 50 of us gathered to hear some shit-filled whiz offer soothing words backed up by the threat of losing your ass(ets) or your job. One "reasonable accommodation" was putting cabinets around sinks so a paralyzed person wouldn't burn a leg on hot pipes while washing his hands.
Think about that. I did, then raised my hand.
How hot, I asked, can these pipes be if the guy is washing his hands with the same water running through the pipes?
The shit-filled whiz got all huffy and said it was "just an example" and continued on.

There is a design book that tells architects what the Act requires, and by following that design book, the Owner, Architect and contractor are provided a safe-harbor. There were growing pains with the ADA, but the standards are now well known and incorporated into most jurisdictions' building codes.

Everyone knows what's required and it's rarely an issue. Once in a while you might come across some weird situation where ADA gets in the way but not often because the rules just aren't that difficult to follow and everyone knows about it going in.
That's what I said.
Face it, nobody cares what you say.
Hey! Isn't that Karl Rove?
Probably waiting for Lush Rimbaugh to join him.
Of course, Lush is running a bit late due to having to make a drug deal on the way.

Nobody got the slider joke? You people disgust me.
It's because he can't slide, see. Because of being wedged in between the table and the seat. So he could eat a slider, but he couldn't be a slider. See what I mean? You know how sometimes something will be hilarious in your head but not so much once it comes out? Yeah.
Not that it would ever happen to me of course.
