It's not difficult at all. However it does somewhat very from person to person. Some guys you can simply massage the area between his sack and anus, he should feel the need to pee. If he does just keep massaging and soon you will make him very happy. Sadly this way does not work for me. However you can also insert a finger or small vid, into his anus and rub the same area from the inside. He will feel the same sensation (urge to pee) and you will very pleased with the results.
