Last night I broke up with my boyfriend. I do not understand guys. They work so hard to get the hot chick then when they get us they try to tell us we are dressing to sexy.

Last night we went to a club and he pissed and moaned to all our or I should say my friends that I dress like a slut. I do not think I dress like a slut. My friends were embarrassed and I was steaming. I refuse to change for anyone.

Since he decided to run his mouth publicly I decided to bust his chops and break up with him publicly. I inserted a picture my friends took on a cell phone. I am doing a little dance of victory behind the back of the insecure tard as he buys a drink. He about flipped when I kissed another boy and left with him. Little does he know the boy is a gay friend. There is now 26 messages on my cell. I hope he is very happy with an Amish girl or something because it will not be with me.

I have never had this problem with a girl. The hotter I dress the better they like it and they want more. I guess tonight I am going out with my girlfriend. We are going to a crazy 60's-70's hippie themed party. I bought a cool dress at a thrift store that looks the era and I'm borrowing jewelry from my mom. A night out with no grief will do this girl good. I will have to take a pic of my outfit.

Right now Cindi Lauper's song "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" is in my head.

Does this look slutty?

Congratulations !!
No you don't look like a slut , you look realy hot !
All guys aren't like that , you just need to find a mature and self confident one next time , or you could stick with girls !!
Best of luck to you on your new life !!
T

Yeah, seems like you had a bit of a dud guy, there. Although, speaking as a guy myself, it'd be a pity if you swore off guys altogether, as you seem like kind of a badass, and I'd hate to think of my gender missing out ;)

Whatever the case, I wish you luck, and you look damn fine, not slutty.

Also, now I too have Cindi Lauper stuck in my head. I'm trying to decide whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.

No guy should ever tell his girlfriend that she looks like a slut. Sounds like he's insecure. There are lits if nice guys out there who would treat you with respect. Of course if you want to stick with girls you won't get any complainta from me. You are very cute.

That's not a slutty outfit at all. It would actually qualify as conservatively dressed in my book.

The pants/shorts are too low to be considered attractive in my opinion. 1 more inch and I could see your pussy. In private, that's completely hot, in public....ehh...not so much.

Yep, pretty much. Sixty percent of the ass hanging out, forty percent in. Yeah, I'd say you look like a woman on the make. Nothing wrong with that if you are on the make, but with a bf or gf in tow, good recipe for a fight.
Just curious, what makes you think a woman would be more forgiving than a man?

Love the conversation - just feel good about yourself!

Then feel yourself! You feel good! Look cute.....You're making me feel real good about you!

No part of my ass is showing. I am long in the waist and I am wearing low riding hip huggers.

I said I never had problems with a girlfriend.

So you think just because a girl dresses a certain way she is on the make? A bit narrow minded and assuming but you are entitled.

What are you wearing, like a T-shirt and pants? You actually look... way to conservative to be at a bar in my book. That's a Wal-Marting, family picknicy kind of outfit. What does he think of as conservative if that's slutty? I'm.. really confused by that... I think he had deeper issues or something and just said the first thing that came to mind, because that's retarded. Speaking as a guy, when I think slut, someone has to be whore orange and at lest wear a skirt or shorts or something. I dunno... Is he some kind of spirituality where clothing has to be long sleeves, skirts and ball shoes, because they do exist- that's the only case where I think this could be considered slutty.

Take that guy to a comic-con and watch his dick explode. It'll be HILARIOUS!

Also, don't understand why you'd be upset that your girlfriend dresses slutty. All my girlfriends have dressed slutty or lolita. That's kinda how we roll. I dress slutty. I'm wearing slutty clothes under my fucking Kroger shirt right now- I wanna go out of there in a tank- not a wife-beater, those body contorting tanks- it keeps my back from killing me while stocking, and it looks hella hot- if your into that little animie-boy kinda look, and if you're not then, you know, look at something else. Don't let him tell you how to dress- Don't know why he would try... that's really weird. Like I said, it sounds more like control issues then anything else. If he doesn't like how you dress tell his ass to go look at something else. Good job. You get a thumbs up!

Yes, actually I do. It's why "we" don't generally wear yoga pants and tank tops to a club or a mini skirt and heels to the grocery store.

I am quite surprised that you haven't had an issue with women. The women I have dated have been VERY protective of me when we were out. I would not have been "allowed" to leave the house in something like that. Then again, that might be an age/role thing as well.

I think some are being awfully judgmental. Clothing does not mean somebody is on the make but it can be used as such. I see more revealing clothes worn by chicks walking down the street. What she is wearing is common for chicks our age.

If this is the way she dressed when they met then he should not have a problem. It is like a dude who meets a stripper at a club and starts dating her then gets jealous when she goes to work. I also think the dude was an ass for talking shit about her to their friends.

I say if ya got it flaunt it.

Make sure you post tonight's outfit.

And if a woman dresses in a provocative manner is she "just asking to get raped" too???

Have to agree with this remark. Let's face it we do dress to attract attention to ourselves and we usually accentuate our positives.

I think it fucking rocks.

Dress how you want to dress... if a dude can't handle it... fuck 'em! And get your groove on with someone who can.

*Rereads HM's post* hmm I don't see that anywhere.

You have personal issues with her, she wasn't saying that at all.

But atleast you never blow things out of exaggeration, or should that be atleast you never blow things out of exaggeration!!!!?

Number one, what ARE you talking about?

Number two,I'd suggest you follow Nancy Regan's advice, "Just say no to drugs!"

It sucks that he would purposely embarrass you with language like that in front of friends. You don't need a friend like that. I don't like people who do that.

IMHO you do not look like a slut.
I wear a slutty bikini around town in the summer. Actually, most girls do. Sometimes I eat icecream at the same time with my slutty mouth. And I say slutty things like, "g'day mate."

Don't let silly people get to you. They're probably just weird and having a bad day.

:)

Didn't say that at all, and you well know it. NO WHERE did I imply that dressing a certain way makes a woman "just asking to get raped." As a woman, and a fucking rape victim, I am insulted that you would even equate the two.

However, that said, I think all genders dress differently when they are looking to "impress" someone/someones. Otherwise, the concept of dressing up for a date and the age old question of "What should I wear?" wouldn't exist.

Really???

SB said,

You responded,

But maybe I got it wrong. You accused of SB of looking like "she is on the make". How does that differ much from "she is asking for it"???? They are both sexually judgmental and the only difference is that your's is merely condescending and the other is successfully used as an excuse during rape trials.

BTW, don't pull the rape victim card on me. I'm one too so it doesn't work.

So you would think, "what a slut" if you saw me in a bikini walking down the promenade? And would your head fly off if you saw me eating an icecream at the same time? lol!

BTW, There are a lot of sickos out there who think, "Look at what she's wearing. She's asking for it. I might just give her what she wants."
It's very sad.

Do you think that if you were around skin more you would be less judgemental?

Subbie, hippie pics would be great! Have fun at the party!

:)

What Entricity said.

Except...I say slutty outfit. So where's the problem? Slut is a pejorative, only if we buy into that crap. Me? I like slutty.

A bit narrow minded and assuming but you are entitled.

I think some are being awfully judgmental.

I'm confused. SB did ask for reactions to her outfit, right? Then somebody gives an opinion and they are narrow-minded and judgmental? I mean...regardless of whether you agree with the opinion...she did ask what we thought of the clothes, right?
