Hello.
So basically I've started writing a story fanfic. I dont expect it to be fantastically good but I wondered what kind of reception it'll receive and whether there is actually a proper audience for this kinda thing.
The story is going to be based in the X-Men universe, about you. (so using first person). You have a sexual power and you go into Xavier's school and have sex with beautiful women... thats the jist anyway.
What do you guys think? I know it's a pretty bland explanation. Let me know.

You can give it a shot over in the Celebrity category. Having owned a comic book store it was always disturbing to me how some people really fantasized about the characters in that way so there is a market.

Hi, Lex, and welcome to Literotica and the AH. :) There is an audience for stories such as you describe, but a relatively small one, compared to some categories. I have a few fanfic stories, which are a division of the Celebrity category, and I average only about 5,000 views per year.

The premise you describe sounds like an interesting one, and one that would be fun to write, especially in the first person. :)

There is an audience. The celebrity section has it's share of readers. But if you write your story in second person -- where the main character is "you" -- your story will have a very small audience.

Thanks guys.
It will be written in first person, so "I licked.." etc. :)
I want to do a series of them, of various films. To be honest I do it more for than writing than the views, but I was curious. I hope people like them.

Write them for yourself. If you want other people to like them, you will have to think about things like grammar and plot, characterization, and connection...

There are already characters in the Marvel Universe who have this power. You may want to look into them for inspiration. One is Starfox, an Avenger who is also a Celestial often confused with the god Cupid. The other is the Mandrill, an old Defenders villain.

Also, there is an entire universe on Some Other site dedicated to Super Hero stories.
