You know I owned a comic book store for five years and diamond comics has an adult preview and although I didn't carry this stuff on the shelf(too many kids around for the card games) I did a lot of special orders. Sadly this is no where near as hardcore as some of the stuff that is out there.

I have to say personally I don't get it. Why look at drawings of people having hardcore sex? Why not just watch porn? The only satisfactory answer I ever received was that since it is drawings and not real people, things like rape can be portrayed more freely (same with Manga which is huge with the crowd that will enjoy this.)

I think it is well drawn but cannot compare to what is out there. If you are doing it for fun enjoy yourself but if you are looking to sell it you will be just another drop in the bucket.

Dear LoveCraft, In no freaking dreams I intend to join the art industry. This is for one purpose "fun". I have seen the professionals working on their subjects. I have been to a studio (my friend works for some big comic studio) and the equipment they use, their work ethics, the swiftness of their hands and the sweat-breaking effort they put in .. I don't even dare compare myself to them. Hope that helps.

I'm impressed at how good your comic is. When you referred to it as your first attempt at a porn comic I expected for it to be really rough. But it's very well done.

And since it's something that you enjoy, you should have a lot of fun doing it. Doing your own work gives you so much control in making it just the way you want it. And I woulld think that it would be fun for you to collaborate with other people on storylines. You could do some really naughty things with some people, and do more wholesome things with people from whom you want to hide the true Kim.

I feel like I've gotten to know you a little bit from your pic thread. And I've definitely tried to encourage you to be naughty. So I like seeing what you're doing here, and I hope you share more of it with us. It's like discovering that a friend of yours secretly does erotic stories or artwork, and that their work is really good. I'm sure that some of your closer acquaintences would find your work to be a little shocking, but very seductive. Once they saw some of it they'd want to see more.

First and foremost, as a fellow erotica comic artist I must applaud you on your way of drawing, it displays a far greater touch for realism than my own works which are more in making the Characters look like ...well comic book characters. We both use Japanese manga as our starting point but I use felt tip pens to draw my stuff and color it using Paint.net.

Having said that, it is a personal goal of mine to not depict stuff I do not approve. And gang rape is one of those. One of my past girlfriends was a rape victim and I could tell that everyday she was reminded of what happened to her.

In all my comics it's always the Woman who's in control and let's be honest a woman that walks towards you with her nipples visible from underneath her shirt going "Hey there big boy, can you handle THIS?" while pushing those boobs in your face is more appealing, than somebody who gets raped.

I have had a lot of women complimenting me on my "Sex is supposed to be fun for both" message that appears in all my stories.

But that's just me.

Dear Saiyaman, I do agree with your thoughts regarding gang-rape as a heinous act. Not only gang rape but forced sex in any form where one being forced upon becomes a victim rather a partner in the sex act is in itself something that i would never appreciate myself.
Though you might meet some women who 'like' being forced by a bunch of guys, but that too is an act of consensual sex rather than rape itself.
As about myself, I do like comics where women are in control of the situation(s) and my major artwork belongs to the same category (although rarely posted online) ..

This comic was being done on request from someone .. where the authors, scriptwriters and everyone else backed out, including me!

So, this is just a lost project ..

I have seen your work and I like it so much. Although being simple, your comics don't loose the focus and the flow of story is great.
