Two 8th grade girls held an 11 year old boy by his neck and legs. They stripped him naked as he cried for his mother. A third girl filled the entire event via cell phone. The girls posted video of the assault and exposure on YouTube where it remained for more than 24 hours.
No charges have been filed. Even posting video of a naked 11 year old boy apparently has no consequences and is not child pornography. Police called it a "prank" twice in the police report. Police told the mother of the victim that they weren't sure if any crime had been committed.
If the genders were reversed and boys forcefully stripped an 11 year old girl then posted the video on YouTube, the boys would be in jail and registered as sex offenders.
