Been a very hectic and emotional few months and Lit had to take the back burner for a while. Let's see if I can update everyone without taking up an entire page.

1. Pregnancy: I miscarried in the beginning of August. We have grieved, gotten angry and finally settled with the thought that we can't control what isn't ours to control. It just wasn't meant to be. I have recovered physically with no lasting damages. The doctors said there wasn't anything wrong with me or my ability to carry full-term, but the baby wasn't forming properly and nature took care of itself. :(

2. Loss of a job: Poor Raja was laid off in the beginning of the summer and has been struggling to find work ever since. It's been a bumpy ride financially, but he recently found part-time work that will at least keep the lights on...I hope. LOL

3. Loss of a pet: Our sweet Gwen passed suddenly and unexpectedly (she had just turned 1) due to an allergy that caused her to choke on her kibble. While Raja tried to save her, there was nothing we could do.

4. Happy News (saved the best for last): I am now, officially, Mrs. Raja. Raja and I were married on 10/31 in a beautiful chapel, which just happened to be located in a cemetery...on Halloween...Hey...wasn't MY idea!!!!! LOL We have been married almost 2 weeks and he's lost his ring once already! The ceremony was exactly what we wanted and we were surrounded by mostly family (as my father ordered me to keep the guest list to a minimum). We enjoyed a wonderful meal at a local restaurant right after the ceremony. Very small, quaint and, most importantly...SHORT! Think the "I do"'s were done in about 15 minutes. :D

So...that has us all caught up....I believe. I was going to post a wedding picture here, but wasn't sure if anyone really wanted to see it. If you do, I can post one later.

Well they're not x-rated silly! We didn't actually have our honeymoon night until a week later (what can I say...we had family from out of town visiting!)! But I can post some clean wedding pics. LOL

Ok...a few well-cropped wedding pictures (to protect the innocent - and the guilty). The resolution sucks because of Lit's rules. Sorry!

Oh yeah...forgot to mention...Sir Raja had a slight hair-cut. :D The long hair wasn't cutting it for job interviews <sniffle>

Sorry...but snot-dripping, sneezing and coughing are kind of a turn off for me. Not only that, I can see me giving you a blow job, you sneeze, and I end up biting something off!!!! :eek:

Bequ found her female soul mate and I hear very little from her anymore. I see her on facebook once in a while, but that's about it. :( But, I know she is REALLY happy! :D

That's a shame. Not her happy I mean, just that she is gone.
 
I am very glad to see you back around. I'll have to catch up on the goings on. My computer has been n the fritz for the past couple of months and it has been very hit or miss for me to get on. Hope all is well, other than Raj's cold, and that clears up shortly! :)

HELLO Hello hello........

Anyone remember me? LOL

Sorry I've been gone for so long. I have a full time job working for an old lady who can be as crabby as can be most of the time, and very sweet in a little girl way sometimes. Can you say bi-polar? :p

And as Goddess has said, I have found my female soulmate!!! She and I knew we were right the moment we met. That was 13 months ago. Her son and my youngest daughter are both 8 and are best friends :)

She lives 40 miles south of me, so we really have to plan to get together, but it is worth it.

The bad news (depending on how you look at it) is that Max and I are separating. Not because of my relationship or his disabilities. There are issues that have been around for a long time that I have either ignored or didn't recognize as problems until my girls were being affected as well.

So we are trying to find a new place to live. Max was considering staying in the apartment we have now but will most likely find a one bedroom place that is wheelchair accessible. *MUCH harder than you might think.

I miss all of you so much. I will try to get on here to check in with you. Wednesdays are my day off and they are often so filled, it doesn't feel like a day off.
