For the past decade or so, I have been your most devoted and attentive slave. I have fed you, kept you warm, and was eternally grateful for each and every moment that you have decided to allow my to pet you. I do feel that hogging up the entire bed, particularly recently, is going a bit too far in exerting your authority over me. Yes, I realise that you, as my Mistress, dictate where I sleep. After all, I am your pet.

However, with all due respects, oh Great One, I needed that bed, and not be nudged to a small corner. I do believe that after over ten years of service, I deserve to have that damned bed. It is, after all, mine. I think I should sleep in it.

I keep waking my big tom up. he's not allowed to nap until we go to bed since he kept me up all night with the storms we had blowing through. If he could have crawled inside my skin he would have. *sigh*

Oh he glares at me but the last time I made him bite his tail instead of me and he hasn't lunged in a while. I tend to poke and then walk away. I'm staying away from those claws!
