Chemical Play

Anyone else enjoy chemical play such as using essential oils (chili oil, wintergreen oil, and such), minty things, styptic pencils, citrus juices (lemon juice, lime juice, and such) and other things? I rather find that they add a delightful aspect to play, well if you are playing with a painslut of course....

All I can say is be really, really careful that you don't get anything in his/her eyes. And don't use anything corrosive or caustic like mustard oil.
But play with essential oils... THAT would be fun......

Um its not the eyes you are aiming for here!giggle.Appropriate aim is essential.
But chemical play is really ,really good,particularly when they are used by someone who is very skilled and not afraid to use them. I am panting just thinking about it.

Trust me, I've seen pictures of what happens when you get chemicals in your eyes. How much fun does a corneal acid burn sound? Just be careful.

Safety of course is paramount and of course you do not put it in your eyes, but when it is handled safely and with a modicum of common sense and with skill it is amazing.

I think chemical play is especially fun when someone is in bondage because it forces them to focus on the tingle, coolness, burning, etc and they know they can't do anything about it

The anticipation/apprehension when you don't know what is coming next and you are bound is intoxicating and does add a certain heightened awareness of the sensations particularly when they are alternated randomly.Hmmm it makes me wet just thinking about it.

I know someone who got the tip of a whip into the eye and lost it (though not as part of some kinky play, but in his childhood).
Caution is paramount in everything we do.

That said I'm not much into essential oils and things.
I've got a pretty acute sense of smell which is easily disgusted by too many mixed or intensive smells.

Of course caution is essential, and perhaps it is naive of me to expect people to take reasonable precautions before trying something no matter how wonderful it is. However I do expect people to be sensible and use reasonable safety practices no matter what they do,anything can be dangerous if you don't use basic common sense.
I too have an acute sense of smell and fortunately most of those wonderfully tingling, stinging and burning unguents aren't terribly heavy on perfume particularly when they are used in such small amounts.the sensations are however absolutely divine even though I would not indulge in chemical play with anyone who didn't use reasonable safety practices.

Chili oil is a wonderful starting point.... Coat a toy bound for insertion in it.... Ginger works wonderfully as well... First you give the toy a thorough rubdown with your chemical of choice. Then slowly work it into your choice of hole.... and let the fun start
