Why you should never pick on someone bigger than your size...

It certainly saves wear and tear on the knuckles. :D

Who supposedly got expelled? The bully or Casey?

Who does the bully's Mom want to have apologize? Casey? Casey's parents? Whoever filmed that and put it on YouTube?

That last question is as yet unanswered, but it is thought to be one of the Bully's friends.

I saw an interview with the bully's mother on the Australian Today show. She said that her kid sorta got what he deserved, then backtracked and said Casey was obviously bigger and should have taken that in consideration before dropping Richard like a sack of cement. Then, she started crying because 4chan got a hold of their addresses and the anonymous messages and emails have flooded in. Sucks when the predator becomes the prey.

They took the vid down.

It's been taken down and reposted umpteen times, from what I've heard. People keep copying it and reposting it ( and remixing it with Street Fighter sound/visual effects ) as fast as youtube removes them.

I'm confused. Which kid is supposed to be the bully?

The smaller of the two kids.

After being struck three times and then grappled by the smaller kid, Casey (the big one) looses his temper, picks him up and slams him to the desk. (He staggers up, after).

There seems to be universal approval of Casey's actions, especially having ignored the little twerp a bit first.

Okay, there's a kid who thinks that it's alright to physically attack another kid. The smaller child should be flunking school, since he obviously doesn't understand legal rules.
If I were the kid who body slammed the attacker, I apparently would have stomped his head into the ground. (I black out during periods of violence and have no idea what I do, I'm merely going on reports from usually reliable witnesses.) While stomping the kid's head into the ground might seem a bit extreme, it does tend to end bullying.
Finally, if I were the scumbags, I would have a long talk with the parents of the attacker. I would tell them, "If you're raising a kid who likes to attack others, you need obviously need more training. One more incident and it's back to school for you, scumbag orders."
JMNTHO.
