Baby, baby, I'm gonna leave you...I ain't joking woman I got ramble on....
I'm like a ninja...I'll motorboat and be gone before you knew what happened. I'm stealthy (and I bring snacks)
Dewd, were you just here? :p

....................
Good... just wanted to know that you got it!
And what is this about motorboatin'??
You, Pen, & Vail all posting within seconds (typed that sexonds first) of one another ... i'm a bit light headed and damn... turn the heat down woman!!! :D

Pen started it! :D

You're so kewl......show me some free hand calc baby.....;):

Minimal polynomial of sqrt(2)+sqrt(3) over the rationals.

[sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)]^2=5+2sqrt(6)

No second degree minimal polynomial (due to algebraic independence of sqrt(2), sqrt(3) and sqrt(6) over the rationals).

[sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)]^3=11sqrt(2)+9sqrt(3)

No third degree minimal polynomial.

[sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)]^4=49+20sqrt(6)

Therefore, sqrt(2)+sqrt(3) is a root of x^4-10x^2+1.

Alternatively, use [sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)]^2=5+2sqrt(6) to deduce that sqrt(2)+sqrt(3) is a root of (x^2-5)^2-24=x^4-10x^2+25-24=x^4-10x^2+1

mmm feeling left out on the motorboating?

The answer is easily...maybe
Haha! Touche!
Oh a guy has to love a bendy girl LOL
Always comes in at the most opportune time.....:D

K.....I need Teknight to check your work....;)

okay - i'm guessing (i HATE math) that sqrt is square root.... but i just read it as squirt... and that is a whole lot of squirting. It was the only way I could look at that and NOT get a migraine.

Stopping by to say Hey. I'm out.
Hi and why are you bailing?

K..........I'm on the floor rolling.......;)
Don't underestimate my sneakyness ;)
Never. I'm just gonna rename you stealthymotorboatingfewl!

I AM mathematically inclined...and I'm still giggling about all the squirting going on :D
