Personally, I liked the one that was wired for sparkage if the girl came down off her tiptoes.

You can do something much cheaper than those pictures show, and with better results, but you need a violet wand for the zap. Even a TENS unit would probably work. Those electric ones in the pictures seem to be secured and don't move. Not much fun.

More fun would be taking a copper pipe, any diameter, cut to your desired length, suspend from ceiling with small rope at each end. Then, have sub straddle it, and put length just about 1/2 inch shorter than crotch. Hook copper pipe up to violet wand at one end and sit back and watch the fun.

When sub touches pipe, gets a shock, and recoils from it. That causes the pipe to swing, resulting in more shocks and more recoils. The object of the sub is to keep as still as possible, but not likely, once the zapping begins. So simple to construct, yet quite a bit of fun.

Yes, I know you need the electrical zap, and that isn't cheap. But, if you have it, woo hoo!
