plus, then a person injured in a traffic accident would have to be removed from the trauma ward once their waiver was discovered. . . even if they had the cash to pay for their treatment.

So you want to defend someone's right to be completely irresponsible about their own health care, but now you're going to blame the medical system in place for being cruel to them.

Pick a side. You can't expect health care when you need it but never pay for it.

You're saying the same thing to me as "But what if people don't understand what hunger is, we should feed them. Grocery stores should be free grazing grounds or people will die!"
