I have been smoking for many years and have decided that 2011 is the year that I will finally give up. Luckily I have a Dom who is caring enough to help me out in this goal and we have agreed some terms.

So I am pretty shy and not always the most confident about my body....so quite cleverly (or sadistically) I have been told that if I smoke a cigarette a picture of my self will be posted up here, getting more and more degrading for each cigarette - but will be removed if I go a week after without smoking.

So it is day 4 now - going from 15 a day to 0 (I was given the option to cut down gradually - but I am stubborn and want to this properly) without any slip-ups and hopefully I will continue and no pictures will be posted so that this thread will fade away!

Now thats a toughie......obviously we all want to see your pics but as an ex smoker myself I know what its like trying to quit......so what do I wish for????
