I like to dominate and sexually torture but if I do it to often (every day for a week or two) I suffer something like a sexual domme-burnout. Afterwards it is either "normal-rough" sex or no sex at all for two or three days.

If there is a day inbetween with her torturing and dominating me, everything seems to be fine... I would like it to be 50/50 but the ratio is more like I dominate 13 times, she does it once.

I find I am slightly more dominant than submissive. But that may be merely because there are few to whom I wish to submit(my submission is always won at hard costas it takes a lot to send my dominant personality kicking and screaming down into the abyss). And yet conversely I am more masochistic than sadistic. In any of the above I am into extremes. When I do submit it is abject submission, when I dominate there is a constant rumbling growl in the back of my throat with the need to control another person. And in both masochism and sadism am constantly testing my own and play partners limits.
I rarely deliberately choose to switch from one to the other, more often there are particular triggers that fire of the change in personality. And these triggers are not always the same ones. Often it can be something as subtle as a smell that sparks a sensory memory. Or even the sound of a voice or the look on someone's face.

I tend to be very dominate in my everyday life. When it comes to "playtime" I perfer to submit but tend to overpower and take what I want even then, if not tied down or punished back into submission. For me its all about pleasing her so I guess you could say I'm whatever she needs or wants at that time.... but perfer powerful woman that knows what she wants and takes it.
