As you pointed out above, it also affects people who need transfusions, unborn children, people who (agreed, they're idiots) share needles, etc. Health care workers. Anyone of any sexual orientation who has unprotected sex. In the case I mentioned above, a couple of special forces guys were attacked by a pair of shitheads somewhere in Africa. One of them bit one of the soldiers.
