So...who is Govenor in Illinois?

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn maintains a shaky lead against Republican state Sen. Bill Brady. The votes that remain uncounted are in the Democratic areas of Chicago and Cook County. A number of absentee and provisional ballots -- set aside for further verification -- also are left.

I'm sure that Chicago has cleared up their litle problem with dead people voting -- if not, there could still be dead people voting, but the dead historically voted Democrat so Brady is waiting out a forlorn hope.
