I won't know if they suck until...three months from now though, book or no.

I suspect I will have to buy ready-made thermophilic and mesophilic culture online, as my attempts at creating them haven't created a clean break.

That's one of the things that happens with a long-term hobby. I'm not going to know if I suck as a cheesemaker until four months from now, at which point...I will have forgotten what the hell I did. And will also have a large supply of badly-made cheese.

To be honest, I have very little sympathy for people who post their information online and then complain that people find it. I try to alter enough of any biographical information I give here to keep people from being able to find the actual "me" online, but if they do, the fault will be mine, not theirs.
