Hi folks,

I read the first few parts of conflicted a while back, but never got around to finishing it now I cant seem to find it anywhere. Is it posted anywhere or has anyone got a copy they can give me? Many thanks

Bummer, Eldie was a good guy. His bio says he got tired of odd scoring shifts that Laurel and Manu wouldn't explain. Another example of why it's best for us writerfolk not to hover over our scores; they're such fickle things. Write stuff you like. Screw the rest of it.

Think he may be in for a bit of a dissapointment. They muck with your scores in other ways over there, weighing them against everything that comes out in a similar time frame in order to make the scores more "valuable" for readers to use as a guide. As such, your displayed score depends on what everyone else is posting in the weeks before and after, and can change all the time without a single vote registering.

Rotten luck can mean your 7.90 scored story only displays as a 5.93 to readers.

Not to mention that it seems to me the traffic and contributions are dropping off quite a bit of late.
