I've received new insights into the experience, so, let me try again:
Before I start: as far as my penis is concerned, it's uncut, and the sensitive spots are the head, especially the ring at the bottom of the head (the sulcus, if you will) and the frenum= the underside of the head). Also, i find that applying pressure to the top of the penis, close to the base helps me cum. Now, that's my experience, and your mileage may vary.
