Clarification!
Okay, so yes I was referencing Ellie in my intro post.
My character is the sort that doesn't delegate, but rather takes matters into his own hands. My goal as a writer was merely to bring all these characters together in the same place at the same time. Sandy and I are paired, and I realize that our resident guitarist and bassist are contesting who will have sway over Ellie. I don't want to step on any toes here. As far as I'm concerned, Ellie is still up for grabs. (Though Laurence may have other ideas.)
It is my hope that this will add a little kernal of conflict to the story. If this bothers anyone terribly, I can edit. But I think it's best that Ellie be backstage with the rest of the cast when we get into the actual concert. (Still a little fuzzy on how THAT will play out).
Ultimately, it's up to everbloom who, what Ellie does backstage. My intention was just to get her there.
P.S. If I offended anyone with my OOC rant, I'm sorry. I was really excited about this thread and eager to get into character. I lived in London for 5 months in a past life and I was eager to polish my 'accent' when the stakes were low. I was aware that fm and now ukstud were both actual brits, and wanted to know their thoughts on my take. I don't know what it is about the "th-" sound that makes you lot go into fits, I just know it's so. If you don't believe me, count from one to fir'ee and tell me I'm wrong.
P.P.S. The post in question was sort of my attempt at making you rethink letting kitty submit a profile. If there are too many women, most of you girls have the option of pairing up with eachother. Something I'd assume none of us guys are open to, even in a pinch.
Looking forward to this one, hope the intro passes muster! Buddha on a biscuit it is late!
