I have to wonder if they even knew what Comic-Con is.

We have had those idiots in my town twice now. They will go any where that there are cameras as it is more the popularity than it is the message for this family. Expect them at more things that are popular (for the cameras) and have younger crowds (so they can go ballistic and the Phelps can sue for damages, another trick of theirs.) The second time they picketed i my town, everyone turned around and all the reporters left as was decided earlier. The Phelps gang left early.

Unfortunately for them, more folk are protesting them by doing exactly what these folk did at comic con. Guess who gets photographed by those cameras? Not the idiots--but their protesters because the protesters have funnier signs.

So all these guys are doing are making their opponents popular and on camera while they, themselves, are ignored. I think the laugh is on them.

In American English, as well as Canadian, Australian, AND Ruddy Old England, the phrase "fuck you, too" from someone you don't know, has never, ever meant an invitation.
