Hey, if this violates rules in the forum, please accept my apologies. Let me know and I will delete it. I read through the FAQs and could not see anything about posting website URLs but I am not known to be detail oriented.

It has been forever but I feel the stirrings of naughty creativity again, albeit in the nether regions only right now. There are a couple of questions that only readers can answer, though:

If you are a woman who likes erotica, where do you go to read them? Is there a particular site that is popular now?

And do folks who post their stories on blogs get a lot of followers? Or do popular authors just use sites like this one?

I'm curious to know people's suggestions. I have liked the non-consent stories here but most are getting too tame for me. (An exception is the Julie's Mistake series which I LOVE). BDSMLibrary is harder-core....but most are just about beating & torturing the girl, not raping and using her. There is an author called Semiator (I hope I am spelling that correctly). I like his stuff enough I will just google him.

Not because they are male-- but women (to make a huge generalisation) do have strong preferences and hot buttons that men tend to not get, and certainly don't know to cater to.

But that's not really a "male fault", since many women don't know that they share preferences with so many other women, either. With the advent of the internet and the discussions between thousands and thousands of women-- some similarities are at last becoming noticeably common...

Women (generally) write about the sensations of sex, as much as the actions.

Not necessarily. I do tend to prefer erotica by women, but there are a lot of male authors who write erotica that appeals to me. I'll give any author a chance, but I find women authors tend to write more of the stories I want to read.
