The wind beneath his wings really got taken out when his star player suffered that career-ending injury. None of his weak third-stringers can pick up the slack. It's been incredibly amusing to watch his slide into the inevitable moribund existence native to all his ilk across every community board on the internet.

Yeah my body fat percentage is about 5 points lower. I don't want to go any lower though, I think I am right where I need to be. Yep, ride almost every day!

I still don't do a lot of cardio...but in May, I ran on treadmills for nearly two hours and did ten miles. So, the lungs still have it.

Of course I do! But then I don't have gigantic mirrors like you so its not as satisfying.
I've never done more than 3 miles on the treadmills... I just get too damn bored.
But of course I mostly bike now, commuting to work.

I moved. Just one gigantic mirror now...but it still does the job.
No kidding; I was particularly bored and had time to burn that day. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll never do it again. But I might do a 5 mi. run outdoors.

That's the style here in SoCal for small spaces: all of the closet doors have mirrors.
