Look at his postcount. He's far from a first time poster. Your postcount, on the other hand, is lower than mine. If you actually are a newcomer to the Lit boards, you should understand that this is a regularly occurring phenomenon - spammers, trolls, and liars turn up all the time. And they're found out.
