I like CupCakes! A lot.

I once had cupcakes which were made by a catering company. They were moist lemon cake with a lemon frosting and a vanilla cream center.

I'm not a "sweets" person, or a cupcake person - but they were incredible.

They were 50 cents a pop and twenty times better than any gourmet cupcake costing 7 times that much I've had since.

Oh my, that sounds good.

I could try making those, I guess. We have WAY too many lemons (as with the tomatoes, the neighbors lock their doors and pull down the shades when they see us approaching with bags of lemons). I could use a lemon cake recipe and maybe just use a whipping cream filler with vanilla in it for inside. Mmmm... good idea!
 
Mmm... maybe red velvet cupcakes... with sprinkles. Sprinkles make cupcakes infinitely more awesome.
