The rain's really coming down now. Earlier, it was thundering and I found myself in the shower by necessity. The warm water turned to cold, and it was all I could do to close my eyes and let my hands and mind drift.

This last spattering of photos would serve a thundering picnic. Soft candlelight serves as the only veil between the fury outside, and it is an imperfect one. Gentle exploration only stands so long before being subsumed by the elemental motion. A hand shoots out, fingers curled as red wax marks flesh. Smooth, soft sheets below, rough, sturdy walls to brace ourselves against.

A flash of light shakes the room.
