Now the building in this photo isn't even casting a shadow in the same direction as the previous ones you presented. This last photo actually looks like a 7pm photo.

The sun being to the left of the other photo is contradicted by the sun being implied to the RIGHT on this one.

Here's where you busted yourself, toots. This photo is more correct in that it is NOT casting a shadow onto the parking lot.

I noticed that my blackberry stamps the time and date under properties for the picture, but for some reason when I uploaded to my computer it no longer shows it. If anyone has an idea how to fix it that might prove somewhat useful.

The properties of a pic file can be manipulated once on a hard drive. Unless it's actually on the image of the pic, LT will whine about it.

Anything that can catch the direction of where the sun is in relation to the building would do the trick.
