That picture is a morning time picture of Bel Air. The sun is at its back. From where the building is facing that's a morning or late morning picture at the latest.

That is not a 7pm April 10 picture. Not even close. Even if Bel Air was facing in the other direction it is not like that at 7pm from any direction at this time of the year. That would have been more accurate closer to solstice time in late June.

You probably ripped that off from somewhere. I suggest next time you get someone to send you a picture that represents the correct time of day.
