I know, but it's fun to watch him try and defend himself without a c+p. For instance, according to MM, McCain was made Rep candidate because thousands of Dems registered as Republicans in the closed primaries.
Sean, I've explained this in depth to you previously ... including links for your own research. You are too closed minded to consider that primary elections are not all closed. I will not be wasting my time explaining any more.
I do not favor 'open primaries', and neither should any thinking conservative.
They do not work to the advantage of conservatives. They allow Democrats, who lack all sense of fair play, decency and honesty to make mischief and "help" Republicans choose bad candidates, as they did during the 2008 GOP Presidential race. Without cross voting Democrats, McCain would not have won the nomination.
Open-primaries for Presidential primaries should be voided. Votes cast in such would not be accredited in our conventions. Party chairs would be required to demonstrate that only Republicans were involved in selecting the states delegates.
Michael Steele has done NOTHING to fix the abuses of 2008, leaving us even more open to cheating by the loonies in 2012. Democrats will vote for another bad candidate in the GOP primary to defeat any authentic Conservative who has momentum in 2008.
No, dickhead, you claimed that thousands of dems had registered as Reps in the closed primaries. You provided no links to back that up, merely a link to Google.
A doubting man should do his own research when he refuses to believe what was explained fully. I merely sent you in the correct direction.
Not only did I demonstrate how the process worked, but also confirmation from my own experience as a Board of Canvassers worker.
When you finally stopped making yourself look like a fool, I figured that you did the research and learned something.
Yet, here you are again spouting off like an imbecile.
You are utterly full of shit.
Checks watch ... Friday night's boozing continues into the wee hours
Well that explains a lot.
Here you go douche bag - still looking for the first thread.

You are the only person insisting that primaries are closed. Even in those cases, as GC attempted to explain to you, it is very simple to change affiliations before and after the primaries.
But just go ahead and have another bubbly.

And where is the evidence in any of those posts?
You saying it is evidence? Seriously?
I'm saying that I told you to do your own research.
Here's an enlightening fact from the 2008 presidential election primaries:
"38% of Democrats crossed-over to vote Republican, compared to 13% of Republicans who crossed-over to vote Democratic."
Imagine that.
Where did I insist the primaries were closed?
I know, but it's fun to watch him try and defend himself without a c+p. For instance, according to MM, McCain was made Rep candidate because thousands of Dems registered as Republicans in the closed primaries.
I didn't see the word "all" in there, did I miss it?Short memory?
Have another bubbly.
Here's a good one ..
What are the consequences of permitting crossover voting in presidential primaries? By investigating the extent, sources, and effects of crossover voting in the 2008 primaries, we find, it was common in the 2008 presidential primaries. John McCain was its beneficiary. The extent of crossover varied from primary to primary, depending on the openness of the electoral rules and the electorate’s long-standing party commitments.
Here's a good one:
Extensive investigation has revealed that 98% of all people attending Tea Party rallies are also members of neo-nazi groups.
Sarah Palin said today she will give a blowjob to any Democrat that votes Republican in the presidential election.
