That is not likely. The judge had an option to consider a release after 25 years, but declined because Roeder showed no remorse. It's effectively life without parole.

That's true, since he is 52 years old, but sometimes governors do stupid things, such as commuting sentences for those who don't deserve it or allowing "compassionate" releases for those who are old and sick. They need to keep this guy in prison until he is dead, and for a few days until the maggots are eating him, then haul his carcass out with the rest of the garbage.

Enjoy prison asshole. Pro-life so you murder a doctor? How about you educate people? Get the law changed or simply let it stand and help anyone you know raise their child rather an get an abortion.

Stand his ass in front of a wall without a blindfold and I will willingly pull the trigger on his ass. (Then again I wouldn't be nice about it.
