I feel like I'm getting buried by this thread too. Completely out of my element here, so I can definately relate to my character.

I encourage everyone to write at their own pace. It's a major reason I decided action sequences should be written as flashbacks. That way everyone can enjoy them at their own speed.

I'm glad for you guys boy, and don't get overwhelmed. Just have fun. Write your own personal stories within the thread and enjoy your fellow writers.

Unfortunately, not "looking like it"... actually doing it. As I said privately, I didn't want to make an entrance into the thread, then vanish for a while. I was glad to find out before I actually made my first post, so I didn't disrupt things too much.

With luck, I might be able to come back when I am freed up again. If not, then I will enjoy the read.

You'll be welcome to. Take care of things, M13 and when you've time feel free to just pick up your character. We'll find a way to introduce you. Maybe as a replacement for characters lost.

Speaking of recuperating, and keeping in mind things in the med lab are a bit lower tech than on the planets, an changes you'd have made to your character physically since he got blown up? Or would you prefer him to be lucky and just have a bunch of new scars and maybe a couple of casts when he wakes up?
