Nope. None that I've been in at least. In fact, most women's restrooms have words rather than pictures more often than not. I guess French women are more artful and more interested in drawing vaginas

Who knows? Maybe the French have been enjoying co-ed bathrooms since the birth of indoor plumbing. That could explain a few things and certainly take the romance out of a lot of others things.

Since the advent of handicap access laws, there are a lot of uni-sex restrooms. Sometimes there is not space for separate facilities.

This greatly increases the chances of embarrassing encounters of the closest kind.
