I had an idea for a set of stories that might play better as Literotica stories than as Chyoo stories.
Given that I've got a little bit of a feel for the Chyoo regulars, and almost none for the Lit people, I'm curious to know what people's experience has been getting their first few Literotica stories off the ground.
It looks like the suggested process is to draft up a story, or at least a detailed premise, line up a volunteer editor, and cycle a few times until it seems ready to submit, then submit and wait some amount of time for approval.
I know a few of our regulars have done stories on Literotica. Thoughts? Experiences?
-Z.
P.S. to the curious:
I was reading through Malory's tales of King Arthur and his knights (Project Gutenberg: Volume 1, Volume 2) -- the tales have plenty of room for coloring in racy scenarios based on the description of the interaction of questing knights and damosels, even without bending them a bit, which I expect I would. Notably category-wise there's incest (Arthur and Morgan le Fay), mature (Merlin and Nimue), cheating wives (Lancelot and Guinevere), and numerous erotic coupling, romance and non-consent scenarios, even bits of mind control via love potions and enchantments. Malory's style is rough and sketchy and fairly begs for retelling.
