Oh I've read the Torah. But you've got to admit that there is evil in this world... and free will... which may be even worse. I firmly believe that man's freedom of choices is where almost all of our misery comes from. Most human suffering is man made.

I also believe that many of the greatest triumphs of the human soul come from freedom of will as well. That... divine spark is what makes it possible for us to sink to the lowest depths and soar to the highest heights. We cannot have one without the other though.
