That sounds like a great idea! There's just something about a guy who knows his way around the kitchen that is über-sexy.

Ooooh, then maybe I should tell you about the nifty concoction I made the other night out of the odds and ends that were left in the kitchen- a little homemade tomato sauce with a touch of Reisling in the mix, some beef tips (low grade but it's what I had left in the freezer) sauteed in a little butter (with more wine) a healthy helping of Cavender's Greek seasoning. Then I mixed the sauce and the beef together and served it over angel hair pasta. Not particularly great, but not bad either for something I pulled out of my ass on the fly

I really enjoy the recipe I have for Guinness Irish beef stew, and the Guinness triple chocolate brownies that I make for dessert. I do like working on a fire grill though, so that tends to take precedence. I guess I don't really have a favorite, exactly- just whatever sounds good and fun to make like this...
