I own the anime. And I have read the manga series- including Sae's Story & Change of Heart : ) Actually; it was one of the first series I reviewed in my anime review thread xo.

You’re right. Democracy is the answer. But, democracy works differently in different countries. Some aspects of some democracies other than that of the U.S.A. work considerably better than their counterparts in the U.S. The United States itself fails miserably as a warm, loving environment. Distorted “God-fearing,” like elsewhere down through history, has led to most of the U.S.’s ills. It produced George Bush (who sounds so much like you).

Sweden, Canada, Switzerland, Holland and other countries have much better-working systems than the U.S.

Darker than black season one is quite watchable.

Search "dtb 1" on veoh. You hardly find season one on youtube.
 
Man i love my anime. I downloaded Bible black and angel blade the other day but the drawing in hentai is no where near as good unfortuneately
