Spring racing carinval time here in Melbourne town..means horse racing for those not in the know...we don't actually have a carnival, athough it is a reason for the ladies to have a few drinks...interesting to see women all dressed up in hats and their finest frocks..pissed in the day time, trying to find the right train to get home.

A cotton, rayon mix, luvee....comfort and less need for starching. It wasn't much of a squeeze, it is more what is exposed..... But thank you for the lovely compliment.

I hate QLD Health! Day I got out of hospital (2 weeks ago) I was told to see a Doc in 7 days, so I rang up to make an appointment and I’m told I can’t get in for another 13 days (today). Ok so off I go today to be told my appointment was changed to last week (without telling me), and they can’t fit me in until the 10th of Nov (almost 4 weeks after I got out)! Who cares that I went in with heart failure.

Well the weather has turned. Damn warm in Melbourne town the last couple of days. Usually happens when the breeze dies down. Good follow up weather to the Melbourne Cup though. The roses at the track would be loving it. The roses at my place are blooming like there is no tomorrow. The funny thing is I know nothing about roses. They just do their thing. Now if other things would happen the same way...how much easier would life be?
