I didn't feel like doing a lot of cooking tonight so I looked in the pantry for what was there.

Out came a couple of cans of Bully Beef. (Tinned Corned Beef) I grabbed a couple of spuds and a couple of onions as well.

The potatoes were skinned and chopped fairly fine. The onions were chopped as well.

I opened the cans of beef and emptied them into a large fry pan, breaking them up as I did so. To this I added the potatoes and onions as well as a half teaspoon of pepper and a dash of Garlic. A little water and add the heat.

Low heat for a while until the potatoes softened then crank up the heat and fry it until a bit crispy.

Oh was this good. Dinner on the fly.

You could have said Corned beef Hash in the title, I got all excited.:(

Geeze, Cat, we all woulda shown up at your house, but if all you're serving is food... :rolleyes:
