I used to watch Monty Python regularly a long time ago, but not lately. It is very likely the funniest series ever made. Is Benny Hill also no longer available? How about "Are You Being Served?"

Saw it all years ago, my kid picked up some DVD's - a set for me to watch sometime, I haven't even opened it......

Not so short .It ran every year from about 1972 to 1987. Only a very few were shown in the US
