More or less. I had a bad day yesterday and a little bit of it is carrying over to today. I took a sleeping pill Monday night and spent most of yesterday sleeping or totally out of it. I don't like the pill the doc gave me. I feel like a zombie for days after I take it. *sigh*

You would think that about 24 hours sleep in the last 48 is good, but I'm more tired than if I hadn't slept at all.

I've traced my direct male line back to the 1780s. Parish records for before then are patchy.

That so often happens after too long a sleep. And yikes, those must have been strong ones! Sure you've not been visiting a vet by mistake and been given the ones to knock a horse out?
