Literotica on Twitter

Oboy! A new way to communicate. I've read about Twitter but haven't checked it out. Now that Litizens and Lit are involved, I'll have a look.

Thanks Manu. :D

Just when I decided not to add anything else to my day.

I'm there as AlexysQuinn but now I have to figure everything out.

Twitterotica?

Hello Lit Authors -

How are you today?

I wanted to give you early warning that we are in the process of setting up an official Literotica Twitter account. Eventually the account will be used to tweet new stories or popular stories, editors picks, contest info, who knows? The Literotica Twitter account is here:

http://twitter.com/Literotica_com

Please feel free to follow us if you have an adult-friendly Twitter account and we'll be happy to follow you too if you're a Lit author or reader.

There will be some kind of official announcement eventually, and more related features to be announced soon, but I wanted to let you authors know first! :)

: ) Great news!

Hi Miss Lynn, when you figure it out let me know. I'm too old to try and figure out another site. Besides, everyone seems to be using alts. Would have no idea who I'm talking to. haha Maybe I'll just visit here once in a while. Only so much time in a day.:)

It doesn't have to be a time sink. And, you can set it up to automatically tweet when you post a new blog (via twitterfeed.com or one of the many apps out there) -- which then draws traffic to your site. The majority of my site & blog hits originate from Twitter these days.

And, I feed my tweets through to Facebook (via a Facebook app), which generates dialog on Facebook that I probably never would've gotten.

A lot of people use TweetDeck (free download) to manage Twitter, but I prefer the TwitterFox app (via Firefox).

Thanks, I use Firefox already, so the TwitterFox looks good.
(I'm computer illiterate. Everything takes me forever.)

I so don't need more net addictions, I refuse to even look at Twitter. But good for Lit! :rose:

Be careful - as David Cameron, leader of our opposition party remarked on live radio the other day, "Too many tweets can make a twat."

;)

Does anyone regularly post a link to their new stories on Twitter?

I posted mine and my rating immediately started sinking!
